Opening for Lead Security Analyst – GRC to join our client’s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance frameworks, audits, and stakeholder management.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in:
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- IRDAI compliance requirements
- ISO 27001
- IT General Controls (ITGC)
- Statutory and compliance audits
- Third-party / vendor risk assessments
- Security questionnaires and compliance documentation
- Roles & access reviews
- Business continuity planning and security drills
- Cybersecurity awareness and training
- Risk management
- Stakeholder management
Good to Have
Candidates with any of the following certifications or additional expertise will be preferred:
- CISA
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
- Security+
- GRC Tools
- Cloud Security
Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals with strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills, along with practical experience in cybersecurity GRC and compliance activities.
Candidates should be comfortable working with internal teams, auditors, vendors, and business stakeholders to identify risks, maintain compliance, and support security governance initiatives.
